Cancellation Policy
A credit card on file is required to reserve ALL appointments.
We respectfully request at least 36 hours advanced notice for cancellations. As a courtesy, you are able to enroll in text and email reminders for your upcoming appointments.
Cancellations made within 36 hours prior to the appointment time are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
“NO SHOWS” or cancellations made within 4 hours of appointment time will be charged 100% of reserved service amount.
A credit card on file is required to reserve an appointment and will be charged the appropriate charges if the cancellation policy is not met.
In the event we are able to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of original appointment time or fill the appointment with another client, there will be no fee applied.
Other than extreme weather conditions, there are no exceptions to this policy.
